Executive Chair Massage
Minimum of 4 massages per office
The perfect massage for the executive who sits behind
the desk all
day, often times dealing with loads of stress and no
time to relax.
Soothe aching muscles, stiff neck and shoulders with
15 minutes
of heaven performed on-site at your place of business.
Executive Chair massage offers relief to the tight muscles
that impede blood and lymph flow through the body which
can result in mental fogginess, decreased energy, and
susceptibility to repetitive stress injuries such as
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Only 15 minutes of massage to
the scalp, back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands is
enough to increase circulation, helping to return mental
clarity and energy levels and keep the body free from
injury.

on the superficial muscle layers and generally geared

relaxation, it can also be used to warm up tissue for
deeper work.

in five basic massage techniques: long, gliding strokes;

tapping; and vibration. This massage promotes deep relaxation,
improvement in flexibility, improvement in circulation,
the boosting of the immune system, in helping the removal
of excess toxins throughout the body, and improving
overall skin tone.

Soothing Warm Stone Massage
With the use of smooth, heated volcanic basalt stones
over the entire
body, this deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage
will leave you feeling as though you are melting into
the table. This ancient therapy, rediscovered, consists
of traditional Swedish strokes applied with stones in
hand for deeper penetration into the muscle, as well
as
the leaving of stones on specific points on the body,
such as along the
spine, palms of the hands and bottoms of the feet. The
deep heat
therapy radiating from the warmth of the stones helps
to ease tension
and relieve stress by causing tight muscles to release
more quickly
than in traditional massage.
Try this incredible full body massage that will leave
you feeling warm and relaxed from the inside out and
in a state of complete tranquility.

Therapeutic Massage

Experience a slower, deep pressure therapeutic massage
of the
glutes, back, shoulders and neck. It starts with some
Swedish
techniques to release superficial muscles, then works
into the deeper tissue structures of the muscle
with added techniques.
This is the perfect massage treatment to help with chronic
muscle pain and stiffness due to everyday stress and
overuse. This deep tissue massage alleviates pain and
relaxes deeper muscles throughout the upper torso by
releasing the fascia covering the muscles, allowing
greater freedom of movement and longer lasting effects.
Deep tissue tends to be more of a focused massage as
it works to release specific knots found in the muscle.
Techniques from sports massage, Neuromuscular Therapy,
and Body Insight all contribute to lengthen and loosen
muscles, release entrapped nerves, relax tense or spasming
muscles, and manipulate trigger points or painful areas
deep within the muscle.
This massage should not be painful, but slightly more
uncomfortable than other types of massage. Keep in mind
that breaking down chronic knots and tension built up
over time is best achieved through a consistent massage
program.

Invigorating Treatment
The Invigorating Treatment will leave you feeling rejuvenated,
refreshed, and revitalized using a combination of Hydrotherapy
techniques and Aromatherapy with a Shiatsu foot and
facial massage.
Shiatsu, Japanese for finger pressure, is the ancient
oriental therapy of pressing particular points on the
body. This aims to balance the
natural energy flow throughout the body, increase circulation
of the
blood and lymph system, and help cleanse the body of
toxins. It is a
type of acupuncture without the use of needles, or better
known as
acupressure.
To start, a warm, lightly-scented abdomen and neck pack
will be applied. The treatment will begin with warm
moist towels
wrapped on each foot followed by a pressure point foot
massage.
Warm aromatherapy booties will then be placed on each
foot for added comfort. A hand and forearm massage will
be followed by the use of warm aromatherapy mitts placed
on each hand. Next, a mild cleanser will be applied
and wiped clean with another warm moist towel application,
followed by an acupressure facial that puts you in such
a relaxing trance, it is sure to have you returning
for more.

Ear Candling

Ear Candling, also known as Ear Coning, is a cleansing
technique
practiced by many ancient civilizations such as Egyptians,
Tibetans,
Incas, Mayans, and Native Americans. It is a treatment
used to alleviate allergies, sinus conditions, hearing
loss due to excess wax build-up, earaches, tinnitus,
and balance problems.
The Ear Candle is about a one foot long hollow tube
dipped in paraffin or bees wax and various herbs which
tapers at one end and fits comfortably into the ear
canal. The Candle is lit at the opposite end which causes
hot air to rise and create a vacuum in the ear that
draws out excess wax, debris, impurities, bacterial
build-up, and sloughed off cells that accumulate in
the ear canal and Eustachian Tube.
Ear candling is a painless procedure and leaves you
feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Three or four
consistent treatments in a row, as well as frequent
maintenance treatments, are recommended to get the best
results.
